Payment & delivery conditions

According to availability goods are delivered within 8 working days (curbside delivery) at the following rates:

Delivery by DPD (for smaller articles e.g. soap dispensers, napkin rings ...) : (weekday delivery between 08:00 – 17:00 hrs.)

When receiving goods/pallet please check for surface damage and completeness. In the event of damage or missing items, please note these on the delivery slip from the haulage company. In order to process your claim, we kindly request you send us digital photos and a short description to: office@elementry.at or contact us by telephone +43 664 / 79 38 248.

Please note that available goods must be dispatched within 3 weeks. In the event of storage of more than 3 weeks, we are obliged to charge a separate storage fee.

Payment conditions

Quoted prices are gross prices, included the current valid V.A.T. of 20%. In the event of delay in payment interest will be charged. We will also engage a debt collection agency in the event of default of payment. Any reminder fees and debt collection charges are to be paid by the customer.
